Explanation
This initiative will provide a small aid to those who are under the poverty line of QQ Care Centre. According to commercial banks under the Finance Department like Basketball Bank and Bank of LuX, an average user’s bank account had around QQ$50,000.00 only in it. Sadly, it only going to be worst, especially receiving penalties.
Hence, under this initiative, the Finance Department will be giving a 'one-off' amount of QQ$20,000.00 to members of QQ who currently has a gross amount of QQ$200,000 or less in all of their bank balance.
Total budget amount: QQ$500,000.00
Benefit to: Up to 25 eligible members of QQ
Minimum requirement
Member of QQ.
Bank account users with a gross amount of less than QQ$200,000.00 in their bank balance.
For example: If you have two bank account in two separate banks, those two accounts that are under your name MUST have under QQ$200k.
Regardless of employed or unemployed in QQ Care Centre.
Did NOT commit any heavy offenses in the past 12 months.

How to apply
Basketball Bank and Bank of LuX will allocate the funds for those affected automatically.
