Explanation
INFINITY is a 14-years-old boy who has a debt of more than QQ$500k. On the court hearing of 2022/1 and 2022/2, he was fined more than QQ$800k on the offense that he shouldn't have been made under the Constitutional RULES OF QQ during that time.
However, ever since then, he was suffering a very deep debt of more than 50% of his balance. He even declared himself bankruptcy due to it. But because of the symphony of the agencies of QQ, and after considering our budgets and the feedback given by the beloved members of QQ, we are allocating QQ$700,000.00 to him.
NOTE: We will NOT simply give him. We will limit his spendings to around QQ$30.00 per day and limit his offenses. He will receive a higher penalty rate if he commits an offense.
Members of QQ are free to oppose this initiative during the voting in the online Parliament.

QQ$100,000.00 in INFINITY's FRESH new Basketball Bank account as a startup
